A simple online booking page where you can see the availability of both meeting rooms and the meeting booth. You can book up to 12 months in advance.
Are the meeting rooms free?
Yes, unlike alot of coworking developments, there are no additional charges for meeting rooms
Are their any limits to the meeting room use?:
We limit each person to 3 hours per day in order to maintain a fair use policy for everyone
What are the opening hours:
24/7.
What is the internet specification:
A dedicated lease line to the the building offering 1gb connection. Over WIFI this means you should expect upload speeds of around 600mbps and download speeds of 600mbps. This is contested with other users so speeds may vary.
Is there WIFI in meeting rooms:
Yes, there are dedicated connections in each meeting room and we strongly encourage everyone to use these specific wifi connections to ensure good video call quality.
How do I connect to the meeting room monitor:
Both screens support Apple Airport and Wireless PC however, we have HDMI cable connections which we think are more stable, notably for video calls.
